Members of this network may not upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation. This Network Allows Shop and Blog Promotion Only on Personal Profile Pages. Members may use the blog post area of their personal profile to publish posts regarding their personal shop and blog promotions. You may promote sales related to your online stores in your personal blog posts only. Please use the Forums area for exchanging tips, tricks, techniques, and stories. Links to your shop or blog are OK in the Forums area, so long as you are linking to them to illustrate something as an example. Forums should not be used with the intent to promote sales or specials.

Termination Policy Capitola Girl Jewelry and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any content that is made available via the Network. By joining the Network, you agree that Capitola Girl Jewelry may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, terminate your membership and access to the Network.
